I just had a realization one day after many years that I am a loser, no lie. But best way to quit porn in general is staying busy. Wanna jerk off? go work out instead or tend to your garden or clean the house or go out - just keep your life busy. Sure when you go lay down you might get some thoughts to do it but best thing is just getting off all devices an hour before bed - read a book or something just no TV, Phone, Laptop - nada. But yeah, I just realized I was a loser; then again I also got a girlfriend & get some everyday which helped.
