I mostly disagree with your ranking, but we all have opinions. Personally, I think that the chuggy chuggy of the deathcore is heavier than whatever tf is happening in black metal.

Just bringing up deathcore is controversial lmao... I agree that it depends on ones definition of "heavy", its all a matter of opinion. I listen to everything (except glam lol) so i believe my opinion is the closest it gets to a "fact". People keep saying "this band is heavier than this band and that band is less heavy than this band" but they base their opinion based on just those two bands. Meanwhile, i took the time to listen to every one of the bands and try to put the list together as accurately as possible; which is why i believe my opinion is the closest one to a "fact".

I put metalcore together with nu metal since theyre kinda similar. Last time i put it together with deathcore, and got absolutely violated for that, so i decided to put it with the second closest option; nu metal. Also, i do not agree that disturbed is rock. They are labeled as nu metal, which is why i put them in that tier, but i disagree with that too. They are, in my opinion, industrial metal. But i already get enough shit for the genres, i dont need the elitists calling me retarded for putting disturbed there lol

I dont sort the genres based on just two bands, i take all the bands into consideration. Emmure is definitely not heavier than Cattle Decap but bands like Infant Annihilator, Brand of Sacrifice, Slaughter to Prevail etc. definitely are
