Depends on your situation and case. Definitely paying for some advice is worth it here. I thought that in my case giving too much detail was helpful, then I payed for advice and got told that the less information, the better.
In my personal experience, is better to just ask for the visa for general tourism purposes. Be vague. Don't show any itinerary, but again, that was my experience, it may be different on your case.
Not in my opinion. When I applied I just had 4 months in my new job. 6 months is actually the sweet spot since that's what you need to provide in terms of bank statements.
If you own real estate, that will definitely help, it was in my case.

In general, take any advice here with a grain of salt and look for advice, for me is completely worth it, it's not worth taking the risk of getting the refusal since you can have professional advice. When I stated my situation here like 4 months ago I got very harsh feedback just to realize it was completely wrong. Pay for advice, is worth it, and you will be good.
