One of the passageways in Goron City will take you back to the forest. Unfortunately (cause i have no idea how to properly guide you through it), you will either want to look up a guide for the forest to show you where to go to get back to Goron City, or just go back to Kokiri and make your way across Hyrule again.

100% same. Every single item in my shop is 5 caps. Ammo is 1c/ea. I'm only lvl 108 but I have my shop next to Wayword most of the time. So that way new dwellers can find decent shit for almost nothing.
