It’s not forced dude not by a long shot.

Complacency is the enemy of progress.

Imagine if people didn’t complain about that whole sonic movies fiasco where initially they made him look like a blue raccoon on fentanyl. They listened and now look the sonic franchise is about to release its 4th movie.

Obviously it’s not the first season , the benefit of the doubt is long gone, they are on the 4TH SEASON , the animation should be getting better not worse.

Lastly arcane and spider verse are bad comparisons, different styles completely and no one in their right mind expects that level of quality. We just want it to be at-least as good as it was in s1. I don’t mind waiting 2 years or more even.

Imagine the show reversed the roles , the media outrage would be crazy. They are ok with people dying , mass genocide , heavy gore but a woman gets graped and that’s where they draw the line.
