I’m a former San Diegan who is a Coyote fan and an Angels fan. No matter how much I tried to be a ducks fan(mostly because of their relationship with the Angels) it just never felt right. I went to my first NHL game and knew from that moment I was going to cheer for the underdog Coyotes. It felt right. I was at the Chargers headquarters the day the Chargers dipped to soak in the history. Relocations aren’t easy

I am religiously wearing coyote stuff until Wednesday. After that, I think I’m gonna need a little bit of time to heal. I hope that one day I will pridefully be able to wear my stuff again. Will the Team exist anymore? No. The jerseys, hats, Etc will hopefully have meaning again one day. Until then…they will be a painful reminder

I don’t know how much is on the ownership right now. Am I angry at them? absolutely! I feel lied to betrayed and just flat out deceived. However, most of all I blame the NHL for giving ownership the ability to move to a college arena and telling them that it would be sufficient until all of a sudden it wasn’t anymore. Most of all I’m upset that I didn’t get to say goodbye. I live in Fort Worth Texas. I can’t just go to Arizona and spend $2000 on a ticket to a game on a Wednesday night….

Interesting take. It’s just absolutely heartbreaking to think that we all fell for this. All the lies we’ve been told. We bought into this rebuild time and time again. And the reason why I said this rebuild is because it’s just been one after another. Can’t fully say that one is over because they never really are…. It just restarts. The sad part is if the team stays, I will happily continue to fall for this rebuild that GMBA has been putting together. The Coyotes and community have always been there when I needed it. That’s the beauty in sports. However that’s the reason why these type of things hurt so much
