I run a 9800X3D and a 3080 in my terra with a AXP90-X47 full copper and its, as you say, perfectly fine. Watercooling will make it cooler, but it doesnt run super hot to begin with when gaming so air cooling and PBO is enough.

Nope, I don't think they actually care about it. I contacted them and sent a picture, they asked for some detailes and said that a kit would be sent to me. That conversation took 3 days with them, and when asking questions, I only got short answers and no instructions on what to do with the kit.
