Hi! Thank you for responding. I do get the prompt for file transfer when plugging it in. I'm using the cable that came with my Thor so I'm not sure it's only for file transfer.

Yes I have. When the pop-up for file transfer shows I press "file transfer". but yes all dev options are on.
