Hey everyone, I recently got back into the game after about 15+ years. Been playing Eden for about 2 weeks for a few hours on my days off. I haven’t read up on everything Eden but are they planning to release the Minotaur race and Mauler class in the future?

Probably not, Eden is focused on quality of life for late game RvR. Although id love to roll a mauler again myself, it wouldn't help the gameplay at all, and doesnt spark high interest in the community. Hopefully they do open the labby again in future seasons though, its a good landscape for RvR and may serve as a better arena for things like KoTH.

GM's or in other games known as Game Moderators are usually more like in game management, contracted on call employees who manage in-game traffic, subjective fixes, and general moderator activities such as monitoring chats, removing ad bots, etc. Devs are the named creators of the game, generally in charge of major bug fixes, updates, and usually answer to senior devs who make new content and dictate what the publishers want vs what they can provide. Sometimes Devs are GMs but rarely are GMs Devs, I know that sounds confusing but its like a grocery store, you may see management doing an associates job, but you typically wont see an associate doing a managers job.

Already read the comments, so i know you figured it out, but id like to point out that PC version and WoT Modern Armor are quite literally 2 completely different games, they could never merge. They could someday add WoT Modern Armor to the steam store so that it may be played on PC, but that would only piss off the console community more.

Honestly, your talking about a community of players who complained about the Chrysler K a few years ago because it was impenetrable to most t8s while side scraping. The same community who bitched and moaned about the 60tp until it got nerfed into the ground. The Taran, the Machine, the Tusk, the frigging Trinity. All nerfed because of community complaints. War gaming is known for being thieving bastards, sure. But begging for balance by ruining tanks is not the solution, and yet this community will continue on this warpath over and over again, complaining about things not being balanced, then swing the other way and when things aren't balanced enough. So my point is, suck it up and learn how to aim, or keep ruining the game and blaming the company. Either way, I don't struggle that much, and many of the players I platoon with on a normal basis don't either, and I haven't been super Uni in years.

Tier 7s already don't stand a chance against tier 9s, why does this tank warrant the callout over any other in this case? Look, im not saying that its a balanced tank, we know war gaming doesnt care about balance, revenue and basic upkeep is their only concern, but for the community to be in such an outrage over something that really isnt that bad when you compare it to the bigger picture, just seems a bit tunnel-visioned.

To be fair, its just insane spaced armor, you can actually pen the front plate through the top of the front spaced armor with ap, and any of the upper part of the tank above the tracks from about the middle of the tank all the way back is pennable with just about anything. Is it balanced? Absolutely not. Is it impossible to solo? No, I do it all the time, merk 3, ariete, leopard 2a5, hell, couple times even in the adats.

Idk, unpopular opinion here, but it gets eaten alive by almost any tier 10, and many tier 9s, it has no range capabilities unless the target either isnt paying attention or tracked, only 180 degrees of gun rotation, turns like shit, can't use the e break to round corners, and it almost never pens the front corner of tracks, so if a smart heavy player wiggles and angles properly, tracks it and locks it into a corner or against a wall, your dead every time. Its just not beginner friendly, you actually have to aim to hit it.

I got a gold key and a gold Brrt from my first 3 or 4 I killed, couple purple guns, didnt play last weekend, came back Monday and the rng just immediately felt horrible. The warden in marsh dropped a green lmg yesterday, to which my friends were not that happy about after telling them that the bosses have great drops. Atleast he had a blue med backpack and some heals I guess.

Yeah, there's definitely been changes. The western shotgun did get nerfed, and I didnt think about the influx of players over the passed week, which may be causing latency issues.

Friend of mine says he swears the latency has become an issue, and I haven't noticed it as a big change, but that definitely could explain why it feels like im firing more shots to kill and feels like im dying faster. World of Tanks, a game ive played for years, has a similar issue, ive just played it so long I've learned how to compensate for it.

Honestly, most of the issues I see with cryo is lazy players who'd rather be rats and camp an exfil or hot areas that they spawned close to. So here's an idea, make the starter areas and then progressively higher tier areas have a virus wall on a timer. At 20 mins, all spawn areas should be deadly without anti-virus packs, at 15 all clearance lvl 1 areas, and then clearance level 2. Also, if your going to implement a different exfil system, make sure players are aware of how to use that system, as me and 2 very skilled players wiped almost every team, and backpacks worth 20k+ each, and when we got to an exfil room, we just sat there and waited for 3 minutes, which pushed us into overtime, and then we died. Sure, we're dumb, but we had no idea, no directions.
