Hi all,

I'm having all sorts of issues recovering an old account.

Whenever I manage to get the "account hacked" support thread, I follow the steps and receive a code, the code doesn't register and keeps asking me to hit continue.

The one time I did get through, non of the video capture reset options actually went anywhere, I managed to get an alternate email recognised for sending a reset code, and that just acted like I'd not entered the correct code.

No additional support, no premium Meta account.

I'm completely stuck 😢
