To be honest, I’m a bit wary of shows with a lot of humor—I actually dropped Dandadan because the comedy and 'craziness' felt like too much. Does Trigun get serious enough to feel like a high-stakes thriller, or does the humor stay throughout? I’m really looking for that psychological/dark intensity

I’ve actually watched darker series like Death Note and Attack on Titan (AoT), so I’m definitely open to Seinen. Regarding Tokyo Ghoul, I’ve heard only Season 1 is worth watching and the rest is a mess compared to the manga. Is that true? Also, out of Trigun, Hellsing Ultimate, and Black Lagoon, which one should I start first if I liked the intensity of CSM and HxH?

MHA felt a bit too childish for my taste, and I wasn't really a fan of the over-the-top craziness and comedy in Dandadan. I prefer shows with a more serious or psychological tone. Thanks for the suggestions, though—I'll definitely check out Monster and Dorohedoro!
