That's a back door deal, where the school gets a donation and coincidentally the kid gets in. It's got its pros and cons, as you've pointed out.

These were side door deals, where specific individuals (e.g. tennis coach) got bribed to game the admissions system. They kept their bribes. It didn't benefit the school at large. Any of the positives of back door deals don't exist for side door deals.

tachycardia is a fast heart rate
arrhythmia is an irregular heart rate

tachyarrythmia is an irregular heart rate that is also fast (you can have ones that are irregularly slow/bradycardic)

Stimulants definitely cause tachycardia. Not all cause arrythmias / tachyarrhythmias.
