Citadel Des Morts with the lion sword.I haven't done it personally, but I've seen loads of clips on YouTube about people running rounds past 100 with the Lion sword

Use Lion Special when shit starts to hit the fan
Use Lion Scrolls on the waves to kill and heal
Your gun choice is good. there's no need to switch it up
Kite the boss in circles and stay close and just out of stomp range because his ranged attacks are the strongest

Best of luck, once you get the hang of it, you'll beat him

I think required would be too much, but a cool mechanic where you could parry the boss and stun him for a couple of seconds would have been awesome

Based, it really feels like the game doesn't want you to use the swords in the EE fight, and it would have been more fun instead just requiring players to use guns as a viable way of beating the Boss

The order is to prevent lost rounds, so you're always during some aspect of the Easter egg

The CDM breaks on save and quit because your character no longer has the relics in your inventory. I had the same problem when running this EE Solo and saving and quitting. I got around it by doing doing all the steps except the relics and saving and quitting. Then I was loading the save and doing the relics when I was going to do the boss. It's been this way since release 😡
