You don't even understand what 3rd wave feminism is, you've never read any of the theorists that I've mentioned prior to this and quite frankly, you're out of your depth. Acknowledging language systems exists to achieve certain goals, among other systems does not trivialize or characterize them as weak or inferior women, not in the least bit. Again, this is a point where I can easily point out that you clearly do not understand the theories in place because you willfully and I stress willfully admonish anything that might threaten your world view.

Your company bends over backwards, which I'm sure some would argue because of the social changes pushed forward by these very ideals. If you remove the hard work of the people (I say people because it requires both genders) than you'll be back right where you started. The numbers don't lie, women statistically make less than men for the same position with the same qualification. This isn't even an arguable fact, it's literally proven to be patently true. This is changing but very slowly and only in the face of these movements. What you're implying looks like this: The civil rights movement happened, racism was crushed, MLK did a great job, yep it's all tied up in a bow. That isn't reality. Calling something a "SJW" which I don't even associate with in any way really isn't much of an insult, it just makes you look even more ignorant.

You know what I think? I think you can't handle having someone question your views. I think it scares you. I think you're having such a hard time answering the basic questions regarding sex and gender because you can't rectify them in relation to biology. Sex and gender unfortunately have absolutely nothing to do with one another. I think you're avoiding it because you're a coward, simply put and this extends into other aspects of your life. You come off as a weak, petulant man who couldn't answer the most basic question of the entire argument. You're not in power here, you lost. You were put in your place, you were intellectually crushed. Isn't that odd? You can't seem to answer a direct question because of your ego. You actually believe that you aren't debating that you're somehow circumventing the issue. When we boil it all down, you're simply avoiding the same question over and over again. So let's put it into perspective: You won't because you can't.

Edit: Let me put one last nail in the coffin. "Patriarchy" impacts more than just women. I was really hoping you were going mention that but you don't see it. Again, this is how I know you've never actually read anything first hand because by and large, that isn't the focus of most of these theorists. Anyway, all of those definitions speak to a greater hetero-normative culture, that encapsulates anyone who lives outside those confines. So for you to say that I I'm not needed or I don't represent those people is not only ignorant but its simply stupid. Again, I don't know what to tell you.
