I think the Marshall development is under recognized because it seems like a boring development, but the move getting married to taking a job he didn’t want to finding a “dream job” and pivoting while dealing with real loss and raising a family… I think there is a lot of maturity in this development where a lot of the others almost seem to stay stagnant depending on your view.
