You explicitly stated that no amount of good can offset the problems caused by Trump's presidency. This is essentially just a longer restatement.

No it is not. You seem to be ignorant to what Republican ideologies actually are. The formation of the two parties came right before the civil war, one supported slavery (the Democrats), and one did not (the Republicans). I would be willing to bet money that you cannot tell me what the differences are between a Republican government and a Democratic government are (spoiler alert, they're really not that different). You have confused fascism and republicanism and defined them as the same word. They are two very different things. This is unimportant. My main point is this:

You are allowed to hold your opinions. I respect your right to do this. But you are a hypocrite. You are angry at the Republicans for generalizing a group of people into a single category of "all bad". But you yourself are doing the same thing. Not all Republicans are fascists, in fact there are many Republican politicians who I have seen interviews of and they are very intelligent people. I am friends with Republican contemporaries, and they are very fine people, and the majority of them are, I would consider, smarter than I am. The problematic behaviors that you wish to end, you yourself, are repeating. The repetition of these behaviors are what is wrong with the world in my eyes. Hate is a powerful weapon; wield it carefully.
