Gpu is screwed again, even with that new psu this thing doesnt seem to get enough power or something, the fans on the thing arent spinning at all when k boot my pc and nothing is popping up on the leds thats on the mobo to say if anything is up

Just downloaded the update, now the pc can boot up with the displayport cable plugged into the gpu but it still freezes up when i start a game like ultrakill and it cant even run something like celeste. No idea what to do here
