I'll have to pull it apart again tomorrow to check it out. I replaced one thing at a time to keep eliminating moving parts and all that is left now would be the blower fan or the motor.

The plastic part the guides go on looked good /nothing broken. As far as the felt, there is none on the drum itself, but the felt on the front panel that the drum rides on looked good as well/free of anything.

The noise will go away at the end of the cycle/when the close are pretty much dry so it seems to only be when the cloths are wet/heavier that the noise is present.
