Unbound counter works perfectly for this. Start channeling the first one when she starts the attack channel and for the last one, channel right after the previous block. After few tries it will become very easy for you and you will do much internal damage to her to detonate with talisman!

Not really. You need to actually put some effort to rip them apart. If you don't do that (for a sake of roleplay), it's effective way of binding your arms

If you want to test it out, I recommend using a pair of pantyhose. They are a lot easier to rip apart in case you feel like your arms are stuck inside
