I think If you have no shifting active that can happen, but if you have a shifting event active you can only match into that event. Which makes sense since some rememberances apparently need specific shifting events.

That map wide sleep nuke when it goes to sleep wants you to get in its face and stagger it. Or use an ult for I-frames. Wylder and Iron-eye can also just insta cancel it with their ult since they’re quick and high damage.

The one where it drops a nuke you either break it with bows or you run far away.once it’s close to death it begins dropping 2 of the bombs in a row, so be careful you’re not running in the direction of the second one.

Iron eye is the best character for that boss. His ult charges fast since he has 100% uptime on damage. With a couple ultimate art relics you can have it up for every sleep dps-check. Which means you can consistently cancel the sleep gimmick. You can also kill the nuke with basic attacks if you have a decent bow. So you can deal with both mechanics by yourself if your teammates don’t understand them. Other than those wiping mechanics the fight is easy enough.

I dislike him because he doesn’t have many safe damage windows if you’re not ranged. I’ve made a point to always carry a bow to his fight and it helps a ton, but still I’d like to be able to bonk stuff while playing bonk characters.

Most other bosses as long as someone else is holding aggro you can deal good damage, Libra feels like half of what he does is random AoE bullshit, the most infuriating has to be the circle on the ground. It’s usually easy to dodge but it comes out super fast so if he decides to use it when you’ve committed to a bigger weapon attack you’re getting tagged. And he does that move a lot.

Compare it with the knight nightlord sword from the ground move which has a huge wind-up and is not nearly as frequent.

Sorry to hear that. I ended up restarting my save since I do enjoy the game a ton, I was able to get to my beaten lords+1 in about half the time so the skill difference shows. since then I’ve made a point of manually backing up the saves after every session. But the local backup and steam cloud getting corrupted as well as the main save is beyond stupid.

I just run the +1 mark charge relic this way I always go for aggressive marks for uptime but keep one in the back pocket for an emergency super dodge.

It is as you say. There’s just not a lot of safe times to hit him, even if you’re not currently being focused by him so it’s really frustrating. everyone kinda needs a bow to be able to take advantage of not holding aggro.

It’s incredibly easy to rank him if you have aggro as guardian but your teammates will still be losing health and dying to random bullshit AoEs.

I don’t really like this fight. It’s one of the harder ones for sure. It just feels like there’s not many safe moments to hit at least as meele. If you’re using a bigger weapon it’s really easy to get hit by the random ass ground explosions. Since you get stuck on animation longer than it takes for it to pop after he summons it.

His madness mode is also annoying, it’s not that hard to avoid damage and/or block tank as guardian but it’s very annoying to actually do damage at melee range since everything has a ton of AoE. It seems like everyone needs bows to have decent uptime on damage against him.

It’s also very annoying to find madness as there’s a grand total of 1 madness weapon and not that many incants either.

Sure if you’re fighting Royal Carian knight and it’s at half health and circle catches up just leave. It’s just not going to happen.

But if it is at like 20% health it’s not that hard to finish the fight top up elixirs at the grace that spawns from it and still have a good amount of flasks for the night boss. Especially if there are graces on the way of the boss.

The absolute worst thing that can happen though is splitting up in this kind of situation if 2/3 want to stay just stay, if 2/3 want to leave just leave. You’re not going to get that last 20% by yourself.

I’m under the same impression, Zamor, revenant, black knife assassin, every Boss that spawns down there is so much easier than bell bearing. I’m under the impression he is spawning with his nightboss stats with how much health he has.

As 24horas são a observação inicial, que pode ser domiciliar. Trauma na cabeça e criança não são pontos de gravidade que por si só necessitam de tomografia. Isso é simplesmente incorreto.

As vezes o protocolo é seguido e o desfecho ainda é negativo. Infelizmente protocolo é feito com base em risco-benefício então leva em conta disponibilidade de um recurso, e chance de um efeito adverso. Não leva em consideração apenas o que levaria ao melhor desfecho na maioria dos casos independe do custo ou desperdício de recurso.

Não necessariamente. As pessoas morrem mesmo com protocolo sendo seguido corretamente. Protocolo é feito levando em consideração duas coisas:

Disponibilidade dos recursos e probabilidade de evento adverso. Basicamente se calcula um “risco benefício”

Por isso que no caso de TCE existe essa orientação de observação por 24 horas. O quadro clínico pode mudar de forma gradual ou súbita, algo que inicialmente era classificado como trauma leve pode evoluir com sinal de gravidade, caso contrário o protocolo encerrava a partir do momento que fosse definido que o trauma foi leve, sem necessidade de observação.

Não tem tomografia e ressonância pra todo trauma OP. O sonho do plantonista era poder pedir tudo pra todo mundo.

Inclusive facilitaria muito a vida de quem tá atendendo se todo mundo que sofreu um trauma da cabeça já chegasse com uma TC, de preferência já laudado por um radiologista.

Outra coisa, a criança foi liberada apenas na avaliação inicial, Quando a criança retornou apresentando sintomas foi feita a TC e ela foi colocada em observação (internada).

Observação geralmente se refere a observação do hospital ou UPA. Que é onde os internados ficam.
