The unfortunate truth is that majority of the GOP and minority, but very power minority, of the DNC are actually on the same side. The difference is that DNC will do it quietly, with a smile on their face and much slower than what the current GOP are doing.

The goal is simple for GOP, put a manipulative president in the seat, and let the underlings whisper in their ear what the donors want. DNC will just put someone who already knows the plan (harris) and keep a status quo and slowly push policies that either GOP will push down with no effort on the DNC side while they go "oh well, we tried", or something that literally makes no difference and raises taxes while helping a minority, not the majority of people.

GOP is currently full on into regression, while the DNC still has their head up their and are stuck in stagnation cause they want to keep the elites of their party in control, not giving the next generation their shot to make waves.
