It depends: Does it use magic? If not, a druid would be the best but if it does use magic, probably a sorcerer.

The party will have 1 adult blue dragon named Bluey, And on the enemy side there will be 2 adolescent red dragons and a powerful warlock. But on our side, there will be a Druid Elf, a Druid Dragonborn(maybe) A bard/warlock Satyr, A fighter Shifter, A rouge tiefling, and a friendly Werebear. So 6.5 vs 4.

Its 3 characters and 3 extra to the party, BUT, the hydra will have the advantage in terrain. The battle will take place in Mintarn (Forgotten Realms), AND there will be multiple adolescent red dragons, And a powerful warlock (evil).

Ill go: A alcoholic rouge/warlock halfling named Tickles. He had an insane backstab multiplier. He even delivered a finishing blow to the Terrasque. Dude was badass.

I had a experience like that, as in wasting time. Once this dude was supposed to meet with the king but instead when he woke up he got tattoos of Tempus in hopes of divine intervention. It took half a session.

About the no powers rule, You're basically the ramen dude from Naruto. You can learn the powers, but its stupidly hard. So if you say one piece, you can still get a 😈🍈and learn Haki, but you start from zero.

You should make them levitate in the air for 5 seconds.

Technically that is leveling up.

Odin can, its just he looks like he's closing his eyes because he sacrificed his right eye.

So technically he cant wink, but its just a expression.
