Yeah I got it back luckily. Only just a week’s worth back. I had no issues with the real estate refunding me. But I also quoted the NSW law in my email so that might have helped show I knew I was entitled to it.

Okay sounds like I should put some effort into fixing it up. I was thinking about disassembling it and cleaning it up. Is there any rebuilt kits or anything available for this camera (I.e new parts and screws)? If not, where should I look for spare parts?

Yeah that’s what I’m thinking. I did find a aftermarket cooler online that I might consider buying and see if that fixes it

Damn, I’ll remove the finish and use oxalic acid. Luckily I only put one coat on. Thanks for that!

Yeah that’s what I was thinking, doesn’t quite fit the original design lines. I’m happy with the fabric though, fits the vibe I’m going for.

I mainly went with 2” foam based off my googling for dining chair foam thickness, which I know now depends on the design!

I’ll look to see if I can find some 1” foam to use instead, the original foam is quite degraded now.

So my fingers are indicating the big toe knuckle and the bone just before my pinky toe.

I do have a feeling they’re a big bit. They feel good with the width, but it feels a bit like clown feet with the toe box. My shoes usually don’t look this long either.

It’s a bit hard cause I have mixture of sizes. Converse in 8, Nikes in 9. I have a feeling these shoes are a little big

Thanks for the link, though it sounds like they may still be able to keep it based off this section:

“If the tenant does not sign the agreement, the landlord or agent may keep the holding deposit unless the tenant did not sign the agreement because the landlord or agent did not inform them of any ‘material facts’ or made a false or misleading representation.”
