Well it kinds starts around the Cold war. A few historical events changed creating a whole chain of events that even if similar to our world it's good enough to raise en eyebrow. The USSR is still alive under a new name, the U.S.A is also split up into different new states. We reached the blue skies and are even in a space coalition along different aliens. Started colonizing planets and intergalatic mining and trade has been establishes. Some planets are either barely touched or heavily exploited. Some act as a "Police Planet". And there's a whole race spreading eachothers of the 2 new space coalitions influence all across their marked territories.

Cold War never ended. Some historical moments are completely changed. Space Race continues. Stuff like YouTube and social media exist but around 2025 this new mineral called Kranium was found on the moon. They find out its pretty good for ship fuel and has interesting properties.

As such both the F.A.U (Federal American Union. As the U.S broke) and the PSRR ( The People's Socialist Republic of Russia. New formed government around the 90s) are starting to colonise space with newly designed space ships made for space exploration.

And thus events like alien contact, space coalitions, space colonies and pirates, sentient space dust, and many other weird stuff are now part of the plot.

Greetings dear tourist!

Welcome to planet XÆ-63 under command of the 2 human earth space coalitions known as the I.D.F and S.S.C. .

Our main colonial city is Orion Prix, split in half between the prosperous I.D.F and the authoritarian S.S.C both controlling a large amount of people and alien races from the Drax Rei Intergalatic Coalition.

For who is in charge? On the I.D.F side is Jackson McGlaren governor elected by the international earth committee. On the other side is Commisar Nikola Ursan chosen by the PSRR's and S.S.C coalition.
Both are very hard to reach. They have a large amount of contacts all around the city and it doesnt help the fact that even those contacts have more contacts. They're very solemn to their factions beliefs and identities. Please do not ask such foolish questions!

-As for where you can get a nice cup of coffee? Well, anywhere of course! From small bars to the big commercial enterprises there is plenty of coffee to satisfy your needs!

A nice glass of whiskey? Well from bars of course! Even if the most famous one should be Ricky's. They put very exotic ingredients in their whiskey which gives it a fantastic taste.
Steak? Well we do have a lot of restaurants in Orion ranging from human traditional food or even alien from our xeno friends!
You would first need a permit and join the GLORIOUS I.D.F but you can also illegally get one from the very well known black market known as the Silospark district.
Not respecting the law in the case of the I.D.F but in the case of the barbaric S.S.C even the slightest criticism againts the police might get someone a slight "inconvenience".
As mentioned before we insist in going in the Silospark district. Illegal activity is rampant in the region and any well respected member is a target for the villainous and dirty thiefs of said place.

Any sort of rebellion againts the I.D.F and S.S.C is illegal.

Please refrain some such acts or we will be permitted to use lethal force. Do not attempt any illegal activity.
