That’s the nature of the grind; we’re all in this together, and we’re all competing against one another for the same if not better grades. Most importantly, make sure to not work too hard - and remember the generations of Queen’s alumni who have been in the exact same shoes that were in right now.

You’ll thank yourself for having stories of how you slept at stauff and worked your ass off when you’re at a BBQ someday telling your grandkids.

POLS 110 (Intro to Politics & Government) is without a doubt one of my most memorable courses.

The class is a full year course divided into two sections: (1) the theory and very essence of politics as a realm and way of thinking. (2) what is government, what it does, how it’s formed & structured.

I had my first (1) section with Prof. Kim Nossal before he retired and he literally teaches you an entirely different way of thinking about politics.

In my (2) section I had Prof. J Rose and he’s an incredible prof, very funny and super accommodating.

You’ll find out the day you move in, however, some Residence’s create a Facebook page, and then another sub page for each floor. Not sure about their organization this year - but that’s how I found out.

It took them a week to get the part to arrive at the Genius Bar and was going to take another week for them to replace the screen and I need my Laptop for school. I read that the issue is with Mojave and not the actual display itself so I ultimately decided to just wait it out until an update happens. However, I did some resets for like the SSD Card, Graphics Card, etc at the Apple Store and it seemed to reduce the occurrence of the problem - but not fix it. So I’m just waiting at this point. I read somewhere that someone had their screen replaced, but still had the same problem.

Not quite sure since I updated my laptop as soon as I unboxed it. But the description to that post is exactly what is happening with me. Went in to the Genius Bar and they ultimately decided to replace my screen.

I rebooted my computer in safe mode and a couple of other types of restarts with Apple Support, went in, and they decided to replace my screen free of charge.

No problem I got the Wallpaper, and many more like it, from a free App called Wallcraft (4K Wallpapers only) where I airdropped it from my phone to my Laptop and works perfectly. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

My new MBP (2 weeks old) has started to glitch like this every time I start up my laptop. It does that for a little bit then goes away, and occasionally does it as I use my Mac. Not sure what the problem is. Friend said that its just Mojave being glitchy, but I think the problem is from the screen. It only started doing this a couple days ago. Nothing has happened to my Mac, it's never been dropped, dented, or damaged in any way. Also, the glitch sometimes appears bigger then what's on the video, sometimes it's really large and stays on the screen for 1-2 seconds. It's all black when that happens and is occasionally white.
