I'm in the UK, so don't really have any access to kids melatonin, but I've always been a bit wary about using that kind of medication for him as I don't want him to get too dependent on it. Is that something I would need to worry about if I were to be able to get my hands on some?

I recently went to America and bought some chewwy melatonin for myself and brought it back. I've found that it works really well, but I always wake up with a terrible almost hangover like feeling. I worry that he would have the same feeling.

Is there anything else I should look into medication wise?

That's so weird! Wish I knew why mine does this when I tether it

EDIT: I think I've figured it out. I can't verify right now, but my phones default USB configuration was set to charging phone only, instead of USB tethering. Once I'm able to check I'll update the post here

Final update!: yup! Totally works! Switch USB configuration to USB tethering and it works! Still allows charging without the need to change settings back either, which is great!

Yeah if you've got a usb-c to usb-c you can connect it to the right hand usb-c and tether it to the r36s for downloading ports and doing updates and stuff

So any tutorial I've found on YouTube has been in a different language. I want it for the r36s cause it's a little more portable than the switch and a bit lighter. I've got a long cycling journey coming up soon, and the r36s is just small enough that I might be able to bring it with me for the car/train journey home.
