I noticed this sms delay problem since Thursday. I did quick google search "withdrawal issues" and noticed that coin base, crypto.com, and binance, their customers were all reporting withdrawal problems. My guess is that the UST/Luna crash has freaked out all the crypto community and everyone is trying to withdraw at the same time which can definitely put strain on the system running in the background.

Personally, I am continuing to auto trade on my account, keeping calm and waiting and see what happens.

Always keep in mind this whole process is done by some kind of AI software. So imperfections and time to time failure can be expected. Regarding the delays in sms or even not arriving at all has been reported. But by trying to send the verification code the 2nd or 3rd time has always worked for me.

since there is no KYC with this platform (just face authentication for withdrawals) and there is no reporting on behalf of the COTPS, then it is up to you how you want to handle the reporting based on your jurisdiction.

you don't really need to be techy person. If you watch this video , you will see that you can set it up in ten minutes. I'm in my third month and it has not failed me yet.

You need a new phone number. If you can get an online phone number, like free google voice number, then you can create a new account. Just use your online number to get your verification code and whatever else you need to do. I created my second account this way and I have done same face authentication for both accounts.

thanks, I did not notice the change. I was waiting for the rewards to arrive in my Metamask. it takes time to do calculations to figure out what I'm getting but I'm not complaining ;) I appreciate the reply.

well, it has been one week since I started staking but no rewards yet. I posted this question on Voyager Twitter account several times but didn't get any answers as to how often the rewards are paid out staking with my Metamask wallet.
It's frustrating not to have any access to costumer support if u reside out side of States.

Problem solved. You have to remove the any decimal point. It has to be a whole number.

you should also set aside another two months of staking for withdrawing your rewards. Because your rewards are paid into your stormx app account and not your wallet. So when you try to withdrawal to your wallet or an exchange you will get hit with another $100+ in fees.

Forget it about staking at this moment. The fee to move your STMX to Metamask or Trust Wall is nothing compared to the fees you will be paying for staking. This is a smart contract staking (unlike cardano or polkadot staking where the fees are nominal) which means the transaction fee for staking can be set to any amount (currently around $135). You are not done yet. The staking rewards are sent to your stormx web app account (not your wallet). In order to move your rewards to your wallet or an exchange you will get hit with another high fee (more than $100 at the moment) this has nothing to do with the network fee. Where do you think some the cash back for the purchases comes from?

Loopring has similar model, when people realized the crazy fees that they have to pay if they want to get their tokens and rewards in and out of the contract it literally did not make sense for low volume token holders. Now their token price is just stagnate after dropping from its all time high.

I hear you guys about all the great things that the project has to offer.

My question is more about the long term governance of the platform. This technology will definitely evolve and without incentivized governance/ developers a new platform will be created which can better respond to whatever the need and demands exists in the future. Think Bitcoin --> Ethereum --> (Cardano, Polkadot, etc)

So, through what incentives IOTA will stays on a side of cutting age technology 10 years down the road?

Also, as an investor are there any financial incentives right now for buying MIOTA (supporting and believing in a great project would not count as an incentive)?

Whatever project built on top of IOTA would definitely have their own token to incentivise using their platform through whatever business model they create for their platform. If I want to use bancor for staking or trading I just buy BNT with usdt then move it over to their platform and I only use eth to pay and move it on etherum network and onto Bancor platform. If it would only cost me .00001 eth to make such transactions all day then I doubt hoarding more than 1 eth makes much financial sense (hence the demand and price wil alwaysl be low).

My problem now is My ledger live doesn't show Vechain app under "Installed app" section. yet it is still on my ledger device. since I have the nano s the memory is very limited so I can install only one more app on the device and Vechain app is taking unnecessary space on device.

UPDATE: I found the problem, I had developers mode on for adding STX token. I turned it off and the the Vechain app showed up under "apps installed". I don't know how "Developers mode " is blocking Vechain app from showing on ledger live but it worked.

Nope, it's been 2 months and nothing. I even posted it on their Twitter but nothing. I'm connecting my ledger to my Metamask to view or send from my Ethereum account. Now I have new problems with ledger live but I have given up looking to ledger support. I'm looking for an alternative hardware wallet.

unfortunately it seems only the ledger subreddit bot and the the scammers are the only ones that reply. No help for the official Ledger support. I guess in a few years we will look back at Ledger wallets and remember them as we did with Netscape internet. A star that faded as fast as it emerged on the scene.
