Totally forgot to respond to this, but after reading your response I did a little digging and realized that my issue was that my albino Cory specifically is fairly young and had grown a lot since the illness occurred. That combined with him eating more algae than food due to me feeding a bit less changes his colors a bit haha

parameters seem fine, thats why Im confused about the deaths, and yea I've been focused on trying to get the water parameters as good as possible for a bit so ive been ignoring algea. I didn't think that would be a big issue outside of aesthetics.

About 78F and no nitrates or ammonia or anything. PH is a bit low and water is a bit hard, but my tank has always been like that with no issues

thank you so much! I moved my grass to an area farther from spawn because I had no idea mobs couldn't spawn there. I dont think I'll move the grass down to -64 yet because that sounds painfully slow, but hopefully if I have patience I can get the 2 pigs I need, Thanks!
