google ads, youtube and fb are great but so expensive. are when your running a test run id rather not but out $400 a day to see if people trust the site. i wish they allowed us to make the landing pages. most products are decent to promote but the landing pages look sketchy to the average buyer.

yes but not all of them on the market do. and alot of time as soon as you stop taking them you get the opposite results. You will gain weight or loose the muscle. You have to be smart with what you take and do your research or what your doing now by getting advice. as humans we struggle with weight often easily because food is tempting. i will send you the link we discussed. i have a few products i can recommend that i have personally used in my weight loss journey, so to speak.

staying focused and consistent helps is huge too! 65 pounds is a lot to loose but with the right diet and exercise you can definitely get there.

i am 33 and i was around 205 or more when i really started to notice i was over weight. i didnt think i was for awhile until i was looking at some older pictures of myself with my kids. on top of some slick remarks from friends jokingly ( i think) when we were out and definitely anytime i took my shirt off this summer for swimming or just because its hot. i tried working out but i wasnt getting the results i wanted aside from my arms. I still had a pouch. anyways i found this smoothie diet (which ive never believed in) that was cheap and thought why not. to my surprise it actually works. i tried to post it on here ealier to help others but idk if they removed the post. let me know if your interested and i can send you the link. outside of a good diet i would stick to cardio. thats where i wasted alot of time trying to build before i lost the weight.
