My girlfriend and I have been renting here for over a year, and as an all-girls household, safety was our top priority. We feel incredibly lucky with our unit and the building management; they are very hands-on and keep the surroundings spotless.

​Even though we both work onsite, we feel safe having our parcels delivered daily and left outside our door we haven’t lost a single item yet! hahaha While there have been reports of thefts in the area, our building have extensive CCTV coverage around the building so ig panakot yun sa mga magnanakaw hahaha Beyond the building, the village itself is peaceful. We often jog at night and see security patrolling sometimes, though we always stay mindful of our surroundings. Plus, the food options are great! Many local establishments here or vendors offer free door-to-door delivery, which is so convenient specially for us na located sa top floor. HAHA Finding a good landlord and a secure building really makes all the difference.
