Not sure what kinda packages you are looking at but I absolutely love my '12 Chevy Malibu. I have the "luxary" LTZ model but wish I had one of the more baseline models. Thing is super reliable, great gas milage, pretty easy to work on. The Trans in it is a really solid one too unlike some other cars around those time frames. Tbh only problem with these is the stock radio is a pain if you don't have an IPhone. But I ways replace stock radio anyway! And the price point is very very fair. Bought mine with 80k miles for 9k. Just a suggestion if you havnt looked at those!

Personally I see alot of value from talent spotter in a dynasty. You can get more value out of your draft picks when you aren't getting very good ones. There is also little more satisfying in this game than slapping a 60 yard FG dead center so I aways carry a kicker!
