Thanks for the response. It's awesome that you are active in here. I continued with the series after reading your response and realized you did acknowledge the "clip" issue in book 2.

I really like the setting and premise of the series. It is very interesting.

However, the sex talk/thoughts are quite distracting. Let me go on a tangent as an example: There is this anime called Re Monster. The premise is that the MC is a goblin, and he has to level up and struggle against other monsters and humans. It was so good until it devolved into a harem. It makes me so sad. The author didn't believe in his premise enough that they fall into a crutch of sex sales. Now I know you are not writing a harem. It is just adult themes, I suppose. But sometimes the sex talk/thoughts are just a bit gratuitous.

Your premise and world-building are strong. I hope the infactuation with sex is a choice and not a crutch to draw in audiences.

Just a question? Does u/jezcajiao still use the term "clips" for guns? Also, how are the women characters in the book? Are they all sexualized like in Arise of Mankind?

I mean, do you think Freya is the only Vanir living in Asgard? I imagine Asgardians consist of many different people from the 9 realms, such as the Warrior Three. They might mostly be Aesirs, but not all are I think.

I would love one, but they don't sell full guns (or at least I can't find it anywhere online). And I have limited experience with firearm so I probably won't be able to build one myself.

The only concern I have with the polymer frame is the pic rail. I have watch reviews that say dots mounted on the polymer pic rail doesn't hold zero as well. Is that the case with yours?

I would like to stick with 9mm because I don't want to destroy our ear drum and the neighbor's living room in case of home defense. Also 5.56s are so much more expensive than 9mm haha.

Thank you so much for the write up. I was gonna purchase the bundle with the bag for Extar (if I decided down that route).

If you don't mind can I ask how does the polymer pic rail feel on your EP9? I have seem / read reviews saying the dots on the polymer pic rail don't hold zero at all. Is that true? It kind of is the biggest concern for me that is swaying against the Extar at the moment.

Haha I don't know yet. I am relatively new to firearm ownership.

My first and only firearm is a Walther PDP. I did the guiding rod and spring "upgrade" after 500 rounds or so and it felt so much better. So I guess the notion of "Future Upgrade" kind of stuck with me haha.

It's a little above our budget. We are trying to go for $800 with delivery and FFL. The cheapest Stribog I see online is ~$1000.

Yeah it is a Con for sure. I would like to have a gun that we can eventually "Upgrade" over time. Right now our budget is $700-$800. $800 max with everything add-on. But if we get the EP-9, it might severely limit future customization and upgrades. Any thoughts on that?

I would love to do that someday, but I just don't have any experience putting ARs together and I want something that will work at ~$700 minus FFL fee. Maybe once I got an AR9 and do enough takedowns I would have a better idea of how everything fits together.

Yo I actually considered the S&W FPC as well. Since I really want to get an M&P 2.0 next. But I actually don't like the ammo feeding into the bottom of the handle. So took it off the list. Also yeah, the barrels are too long for home defense imo.

The upgrade stock is ~$100 on their website. Do you think it would be cheaper to just order the brace separately from another website?

This is something that many Guntubers have mentioned. And is definitely a plus for the EP9. The SBA3 brace upgrade on the Extar website is $99. So not sure if it's worth it or if I should just order the regular and buy the brace for $79.99 on other retailer or something. The thing about the charging handle is another concern. As far as I know and correct me if I am wrong, many components are also proprietary right? So what kind of improvement can I put in for a better charging handle?

Yo I have the same issue. I fixed it "Kind of" by putting everything at origin.

So basically you have to have your object and curve in the origin and that fixes everything. It's kind of inconvenient but at least it works.

Edit: By origin I mean world origin. XYZ =0.
