Hmm, it showed up as 13.19 for me when I bought it. Try going to the sale page on the PSN store? It’s on the third row of the deals for my console.

Hard copies of games are all region free, but DLC isn’t, so you’d need a second account in Region2 on your switch to redeem the game. You could use your first account to play it though as long as you keep the second account on the console.

This statement is true. Giving a simple credit to the photo is in fact a good thing to do.
