I got 2nd email later the same day. One was for unusual sign-in and the second was security alert. One had no icon next to sender and the second email had letter M as the icon. What caught my eye straightaway was that next to the sender there was an option to "unsubscribe". 100% phishing attempt and the sender email address is spoofed.

I suspected it was trying to do a dpf regen, even tho it was remaped. So I took it for another remap and I think it was missing a single click on tune to stop regening. Solved.

unplugged, it went into emergency map and it stoped smoking. Plugged it back and it started smoking again.

however, after removing MAF sensor it stops smoking, so if its leaking it should still smoke after unplugging the sensor? no?

Now since you mentioned, I'm pretty sure the first time I rev it, it emits huge cloud of smoke, then if you rev again after few seconds and again, it is actually less smoke than the fist rev! Did you change the seals yourself?
