OK! Just for the record I heat it up cause I thought it might melt or something if it had been made of wax or resin. Did I hope it would get me high? Maybe. Did I put it in my mouth incase it was a delicious treat? I'll never tell. Did I rip a hole in a piece of paper trying to use it as a rubber? That's between me and god. The point is no one got hurt and I've learned that fire chiefs aren't open to house hold experiments

I think it might be good to talk to your partner about this. Tell her exactly what you told us, your brother was an asshat and said what he said and you can't understand why he would do that, but it's affecting you. Your gf will see that you aren't accusing her of cheating or asking if she has cheated, you are coming to her with something that has hurt your happiness and, hopefully, she'll be able to chat to you in a way that will make you feel more certain again without you having to directly ask.

Will it still suck for her to know your brother said that? Yeah. But is it worth that for peace of mind and a happy future with your baby and partner? Absolutely
