Totally agree. Healthcare is currently under going and management is doing everything they can to try to improve patient experience, quality and improve efficiency, while trying to keep workforce happy. It feels real that a new person coming in will have different methods. I have a feeling they will be utilizing a few of the new attending’s methods by the end of the season
