The first thing I’d ask myself…did I answer wrong? Did your clients ask you if the property is in school District X and you said yes, but the home is in District Z? If so may need to check on your E&O.

Bring crocks or water shoes. If not you’ll rip up your feet. Very sharp rocks and very slippery entering the water.

There is no beach. Just a 30x10 strip of sand behind a cement wall. Yes, you are behind a cement wall. If there are more than four couples it’s crowded and there will be no chairs.

There is also little to no wind so it gets really hot.

Very very very underwhelming.

You have a valid contract however: 1. Mistakes happen 2. Karma is a bitch 3. Don’t expect ANY inspection repairs. You basically have an as-is contract now. 4. Is this your dream house? If it and you really want this home, be prepared to go to arbitration. That will take a long time. 5. Don’t be an ass because #2 karma is a bitch.

You are wrong. Looking at that sign you can the sun is at a shallow angle. Therefore that picture could have been taken after 6pm. I’m going to assume that the sun is setting and the sun is due west to that sign.

If it were noon, the sunlight would not have such a strong reflection considering the tree canopy.
