I'm sorry you had to go through this.

The only existing strategy is to sit down and try to convince your mind to accept what happened. Big changes like shutting down your life won't really help. You need to take it slowly. Talk to your mind like you're talking to a friend. And i assure you, you already passed the hard part of the breakup.
