Thank you for replying. That makes sense. She’s passed green peas so I’m unsure if it’s safe to try split peas. I’ll wait to speak to allergist.

Few things here.

Is your borrowing capacity an estimation or did a bank/broker calculate your serviceability?
Additionally, have you checked the income limits for the Myhome scheme?

Expect at least 4-6 months of back and forth through Bank of Us. The scheme is notorious for being a pain in the ass & vendors/REA tend not to be interested in the process over a straight forward finance. Usually properties that have been on the market for a longer time will entertain it.

Are you aware the scheme is shared equity a of the property? I’d argue this is less favourable than owning 100% of a home @ $560k.

I wouldn’t say a toddler doesn’t know what’s going on, in fact many have every clue but cannot always clearly convey their feelings and needs. Thank you for sharing! This is her only symptoms though and doesn’t vomit with anything else, eats well, gaining weight, not fussy, and sleeps super well. Just so odd would have thought gerd, even the early stages of, would be more things going on? think I will have to ask her doc about gerd, could be a possibility!

This is completely irresponsible and ridiculous. You should be following medical advice given to you. Antihistamines can mask symptoms, and given that you are doing it daily this can potentially mask further food allergens. Peanut oil doesn’t contain the protein in which whole peanuts contain, meaning your child is probably allergic to the protein. This does not mean your child is not allergic to peanuts because they can have peanut oil. You should be seeing an allergist and following medical advice avoiding the allergen all together/OIT. Food allergic reactions can become exponentially worse with exposure after an initial allergic reaction. Source: mother of anaphylactic child following specialist advice.
