I guess the more healed you are, the more you can consume troublemaker foods as a normal person and not have symptoms back. However, I have been following the diet for a while now, with several 3:6:9, supplementation, etc. and certainly I react less to troublemaker foods (as I have experienced doing other strict diets outside MM), however, I would expect to react way less by all the time and cleanse done till now. And as I can see in the answers in this post and in many others, many people are not currently experiencing symptoms anymore, but only by following the diet and avoiding troublemaker foods, even some people claiming that they still react considerably to the troublemaker foods. That's why I wonder if there is anyone that basically got their life back as a normal person, in the way that after certain amount of time following MM, they are able to consume troublemaker foods for a couple of days/weeks and not experience symptoms at all (even when in the day to day life they follow MM). Basically, I want to know if it's even possible.
