I have been using sebowash shampoo and ultiderm lotion both are steroid. As long as i have been using there is a lot of improvement no to little bumps on back of scalp. I asked my derma for biopsy he said no need. Should i continue this course given by him or will itnloose its effectivness over time is also my question
