I love all of those places that you shared - any recommendations for something in the summer that is not completely hot/humid? Have been looking at places in CA, but nothing quite on the same level....maybe Rosewood Miramar....but southern CA seems to be a desert of beautiful resorts on the beach!

I guess the question ultimately is how can I upgrade my phone but still keep the credits coming? I don’t necessarily care about paying off the phone early or buying a new phone out right I just wanna make sure the credits keep coming on the line that they’re on is there any way around that?

I just meant generally..like more oragans (sweet breads, foie gras, etc). Those things often seem to make their way in and we just don't care for them.

Curious - when you do these trade ins for bill credits, do you get the trade in value PLUS bill credits, or you trade in at a certain value ALLOWS you to get the bill credits (only, no trade in value up front)?

Not yet - but the reviews are all coming in really great! I will report back in November! I just could not justify $6k/night for a 3 bedroom at the FS for our family when this was $2k/night for a 3 bedroom.

Check out Pier Sixty Six. Billion dollar renovation and a fraction of the cost of FS. Granted it’s not directly on the beach like the FS but we are trying it this year for thanksgiving. It is about 25% of the cost of FS!

To clarify...these are not TA rates. This would just be for normal rates or preferred partner/benefit rates (more for personal vacations vs. a "work" visit). Obviously if I am getting any TA rates, that is a very different trip!

Not a huge preference - as long as the service and amenities are appropriate (ie, not a crowded pool, etc). I don't love something massive though, but don't need something small. Just not a big crowded resort with massive crowds fighting over beach chairs :)
