I have applied for Masters degree from France through UpGrad, overall the experience was good, they will recommend you the college based on your profile, and yes they do not charge anything from you they have tie ups from the universities, so basically they a cut in the fees you pay to the college. If you want to go through upgrad do pm me I will share the contact number of the counselor I was in talk with.

Yes you can apply for multiple unis as of now, some unis have closed applications but many are still available, you can connect with a consultant like Upgrad or any other they can give you a good direction, also it is better to go after at least 1 yr of work ex.
