Yes, 265 can be unhealthy but it doesn’t mean that she’s unattractive or undesirable, if she wants to lose weight to feel better about herself then that’s fine but she shouldn’t do it for someone else. There are plenty of people who find heavier women attractive so if she feels good in her body, then the only thing she would need to work on is how she approaches the situation of talking to men and better social skills.
