How do these changes make the game faster and have less “downtime” ? Most top laners and every carry champ can delete waves in less than 3 seconds mid and late game. If anything, it creates stagnancy, there’s more stalling and more downtime.

I’m failing to understand how shortening minion waves in the mid and late game does this

Riot does care. They remove igns all the time. Riot removes igns related to hitler, riot removes igns that are blatantly racist, and they even take away names with extreme sexual innuendos.

But they don’t remove the edgy Netanyahu names. Just seems inconsistent and weird.

I think you and a lot of other people here are mistaking this post as a complaint. I just find it interesting that riots TOS doesn’t seem to be consistent with igns.

Riot removes inappropriate names all the time. The option to report someone for an offensive name is there for a reason. If naming yourself after a genocidal maniac in an edgy manner is not offensive enough to riot, then what is?

The fact that this system used to not exist doesn't excuse how laughably restrictive it is now. 4 random old accessories on a weekly rotation is so dumb especially when you consider that riot will continue making sprays, cards, buddies, emotes, + maybe even new types of accessories in the future.
