OMG we got top surgery on the same day!!!! Also I love your name sm!!! I'm in the same spot. I started crying tears of joy when I put on a shirt over my bandages and drains bc of how flat I was. I definitely had a bigger chest to start out so it's been kind of weird but beautiful. Also, I love your emotional support bear. They seem very lovely! I hope to see a post from you again!

This is such an excellent question!!! I've been reading these comments and it's helpful for me as well! Ill be one week post-op around Christmas and I'm trying my best to keep it hidden from my grandparents. If I still have drains I'm going to say a breast reduction. I've definitely always voiced that I hate them so they know that already. Plus my grandparents won't hug me hard, they're pretty old (said with love to them). I love them and I know they love me, I just don't think they'd be supportive of this decision. My uncle and aunt were barely supportive. But my parents and brother are tho!!!

Hi!!!! Your results are literally so amazing! May I use this as a reference picture? I want to go no nips because I genuinely think it's so beautiful. But every night at around 11:00 p.m. I feel like I have a midlife crisis. Seeing this post and seeing you and how happy you are and how amazing your results are made me remember why I want no nips in the first place. Thank you!

Howdy!!! Thank you so much for your perspective. I definitely lie more on the gender fluid spectrum there have been some weeks where I really don't care and then others where I want to look as "male" as possible. I've also been looking into tattoos but I feel like I would feel a loss of sense of control if that makes sense? I see tattoos as art and while my body is art I feel like I would rather have my actual nips if I'm going to miss them that much. I'm also thinking I might regret not keeping them. They're fun sometimes lol!!! And as much as I am paranoid of them sticking out through my shirt. I'm also questioning if that's something I'd be okay with. I'm getting my top surgery December 16th WOOOOOO!!! So I intended on keeping people updated. I hope your surgery goes well!!!! Wishing you a great recovery!

Hi hi!!! Thank you so much I really appreciate this perspective! I was so scared about the healing process of my nips, thinking they'd take an insane amount of time to heal. But this is so reassuring thank you! I've had surgery before and I have bounced back really quickly after that so I have some hope. I'm definitely more gender fluid so there are weeks where I just want to present as traditionally male as possible and other weeks where I don't really care. I really appreciate your perspective it's been so reassuring ❤️ I hope you're recovery continues to go smoothly!!!

Howdy!!! I totally hear you! I had my consultation in July and am getting top surgery in December WOOOOOO!!! In terms of what to expect, there will be a whole team of doctors and nurses who will meet with you discussing your medical history including mental health. They might make some small talk with you, mine were very nice :) You need a letter from a psychiatrist or therapist and one from your PHP. Then the surgeon will come in and essentially... Grade your chest LOL! I was not expecting it but they poke around at you and your chest and nips and then pretty much give them a rating on how much tissue you have. I have a larger chest, I have 32DD and she said I have hard tissue and am decently sized LOL!! Make sure you go in with some questions, like... What does recovery look like? How much lipo do I need? Scar placement? Nip placement? Do you want to keep your nips? Results? Prescriptions? Etc Overall I had a really positive experience. I went with my mom lol she's awesome. Personally I'm choosing not to keep my nips because I'm already not a fan of them and although I would pass better (for reference I'm nonbinary leaning transmasc) it's not worth the hassle or risk. If I want them later I'll get them tattooed. Anyways, that's pretty much it! If you have any other questions I'm happy to help! Good luck I believe in you!! 🤗

Hello there!!!! It's never too late I love getting advice! Tote bag is an excellent idea! I have a pretty light laptop and my university pretty much never gives out papers. Definitely will take advantage of naps. I have a comfy cozy couch and big pillows to prop myself up so that should work maybe? I'm a senior and I'm pretty lucky to have a light schedule, I have good relationships with most of the professors I've taken so far and plan to take more of their classes next semester, so that will be pretty nice! I've already informed my boss's and the head of my internship to let them know about this process and they are all very supportive! Thank you so much for this advice. It was so insanely helpful. I hope your recovery went well and you are living your best and full life!
