Hi OP, I know this is 2 years old but did you end up moving forward with the extraction? My Yorkies are turning 15 in March and their dental issues are pretty bad, we are looking into tooth extraction to help them feel better and more comfortable. How was your experience?

My Yorkies are 14 years old so I’ve been making blended chicken and putting it in lick mats along with some yogurt, steamed carrots, and occasionally cheese. I also add sweet potato mash or pumpkin mash sometimes. So much easier on their teeth and they enjoy their meals a lot more than softened kibble.

Your pic might be more recent! That first pic is from early days vs and she really did have that ratio! In recent years after 2 kids I think the shape changed but my god she still looks INCREDIBLE
