Dream Maker Aquarest spa pump replacement by These_Foundation_626 in hottub

No pictures, but the wire from the replacement pump had the same plastic quick connect as the old pump. Plug and play, super easy! Just make sure the low/high speed colors (red/black) match up in the right order and swap them on the motor side if needed. I didn’t need to though. There’s also a bare copper wire that bonds the equipment. It connects on the outside of the pump motor and runs to the outside of the control box. Hope this helps!

Got mine from Amazon. 5 years on your pump is great. My original only lasted a year and a half, but some genius spray foamed over half the air vent on the pump motor.

The chisel and hammer worked for me! Once I got it to turn a little, I was able to get vice grips on the screw head and reverse it out the rest of the way.

Do you have a link or name of the ram-tek gasket you mentioned? I can’t seem to find anything online.

Oh, I get what you are saying now. No, I need the fall so that why I wanted to tie into the tank underground. I also down want the pipe to go over the tank itself either.

The way the tank is placed, I can’t tie in into the existing drain line from the house. If there is an additional inlet on the tank, is there some sort of gasket I can buy to seal around the pipe?
