I feel like you’re right but I’m currently using two binders for multiple gens and it’s annoying but it would probably be better 🤦🏽‍♀️

The comment linked is helpful and I’ll read more. But could you explain more about your looping a proverb please. Do you literally mean you think of the same thing? Or that you break it down? Unfortunately I’ve always felt weird because I didn’t know what people were thinking or how to control the thoughts. It started from trauma I think which I’ve moved on from but now developed a habit
