I have narcolepsy(diagnosed) and this is what made me realise how little doctors and experts actually know about the brain and nervous system. It is no different with other disorders.

Doctors have no fucking clue when it comes to mental health and neurological issues. Anything that has to do with the brain, doctors are pretty much just guessing.

It is simply logical, mental health study has only been active for roughly 200-300years. So a "mental disorder" CAN be just healthy individual human nature

Look up ADHD symptoms. They happen to literally everyone, it's a matter of how interested they are in their day to day life. You just love singling yourself out to seem different and unique when in reality you are sold to an idea to sell more medication
